If you believe that material appearing on iDRief infringes your copyright, submit a written copyright infringement notice with the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or specific location on iDRief where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Response to Notices
Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, iDRief may remove, disable access to, or modify the disputed material while the matter is reviewed. iDRief may also contact the submitting party for clarification or request additional information where necessary.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:
- Your full legal name and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- The location where the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, where applicable.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
iDRief reserves the right to restrict access, remove content, or terminate accounts or submissions from repeat infringers where applicable.
